1. NATIONWIDE CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

VibeHaven delivers across 200+ cities and towns across Pakistan. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method, allowing you to pay in cash directly to the courier rider upon parcel arrival.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION PROTOCOL

To ensure accurate delivery and reduce failed dispatches:

• Every order placed on VibeHaven is verified via an automated WhatsApp / SMS confirmation message or a quick telephone call from our customer care team.

• Orders that are unconfirmed or contain invalid contact numbers will be placed on hold and will not be dispatched until verified.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp with your unique Tracking ID. You can track your shipment in real time on the courier's tracking portal.
