SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ORDER INFORMATION

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact details (Full Name, Active Mobile Number, City, and Detailed Street Address) for all purchases made at VibeHaven.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or placed with unverified contact information.

  • Placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order constitutes a binding purchase agreement. Deliberately refusing verified deliveries without a valid defect claim damages the logistics network and may result in the customer's contact details being flagged across domestic courier registries.

SECTION 4 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may utilize third-party tools, tracking systems, and direct courier portals to facilitate operations. We do not accept liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party software or links.

SECTION 5 – USER REVIEWS & SUBMISSIONS

If you submit product reviews, unboxing images, suggestions, or comments to VibeHaven (via our website, email, or social channels), you grant us the right to publish, showcase, and distribute that material in our marketing materials without compensation.
